Dr. Jeffrey J. Staples, our school director, graduated from Whittier College, then obtained his dental doctorate from Loyola University School of Dentistry. He earned his degree in orthodontics from the University of Southern California.
A Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Staples patented, designed and commercially developed a revolutionary orthodontic palate expander. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field and is excited about the many technical innovations that continually present themselves to the orthodontic profession.
As school director, Dr. Staples oversees the curriculum and also handles some instructor duties in the Orthodontic Assisting program. Dr. Staples is a caring professional who has recognized the need for highly trained dental and orthodontic assistant team members, and he founded this school to meet that need.
Dr. Staples has his orthodontic practice in Mission Viejo, California where he lives with his wife and two miniature schnauzers. He has three grown children, enjoys boating , fishing, hunting, woodworking and is a big Angels fan.
